Emu Tasting Event- Alpha Gal Friendly

We are a Pea Ridge/ Bentonville, AR family-owned farm that raises ostrich and emu to provide the local community with a red meat alternative. We know not many have tried emu before and may be nervous to buy it the first time in case they do not like it. Join us for a tasting event where we will be cooking up emu samples to taste, all in an alpha gal friendly environment. If you decide you want to purchase any after you taste it, we will have it available as long as supply lasts.
