Would you like to get out of the house, enjoy some fresh air and meet friendly people without any pressure?
Join us for our first Empty Chairs Stroll & Chat at East Park.
This is not a fitness walk, a race or a hiking group. It's simply an opportunity for people who may feel isolated, anxious, socially awkward, lacking in confidence, or just looking to connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
We'll take a gentle route with plenty of opportunities to rest, chat and enjoy the surroundings. Mobility aids, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are all welcome.
