We are thrilled to celebrate the 31st annual Empty Bowls, Loaves & Fishes’ beloved signature fundraising event, Saturday, October 3rd, from 2-6pm!
Empty Bowls is more than a fundraiser — it is a true celebration of community. For 31 years, local potters, restaurants, wineries, businesses, and foundations have come together to support our mission. Each ticket includes a handcrafted bowl and a delicious selection of soups donated by generous local restaurants, like Cafe Cent Dix, The Heights, and more, along with fresh bread from Wide Awake Bakery, salad, dessert and local wine or cider if you choose!
This year, we are also adding a variety of raffle prizes, donated from local businesses like Rasa Spa, Bar Argos, Firelight Camps, and more!
100% of proceeds directly support our free meal and advocacy programs. Loaves & Fishes now serves over 5,600 meals each month, ensuring that no one is turned away hungry. As need continues to grow in Tompkins County, so does the importance of your support.
We are deeply grateful to the artists, chefs, volunteers, sponsors, and guests who make this event possible year after year.
