EmpowHER: Healing in Her Power: Reflect & Release Black Girl Mental Health Experience

🖤 Event Overview:

In honor of Black Girl Mental Health Day, join us for a rejuvenating and empowering experience focused on self-care, healing, and inner growth. This event is designed for Black women to come together in a safe space for yoga, self-reflection, and trauma-release journaling exercises.

🧘🏾‍♀️ What to Expect:

• Yoga Session: A gentle, grounding yoga practice to help release tension, improve flexibility, and foster mindfulness.

• Self-Reflection Activities: Guided moments of introspection, allowing participants to connect with their emotions and process life experiences.

• Trauma Release Journaling: Engage in powerful journaling exercises aimed at letting go of past trauma and embracing personal healing.

• Design a Lighter: You will customize a lighter to help you let go of your trauma. Use it as a tool to burn away the emotional weight you're ready to release.

📒 Journal Options:

Participants will have the opportunity to purchase:

• A physical journal for $20

• An e-journal for $10

🧃 Refreshments: Light snacks and drinks will be served, ensuring you stay refreshed throughout the event.

🧘🏽‍♀️ What to Bring:
• Yoga mat

• Water bottle

• Positive energy and an open heart

• A Lighter (all other supplies to decorate will be provided)
