Join us for EmpowHer – the official 1-year anniversary celebration of the Gunz & Bunz Podcast, dedicated to uplifting and uniting strong women on and off the mats!
This empowering evening spotlights incredible all-women-owned businesses through vendor showcases, guest appearances, and meaningful networking. Connect with inspiring entrepreneurs, past podcast guests, and a supportive community of like-minded women in a fun, welcoming environment.
What's happening at EmpowHer:
-Open mat sessions for light, fun rolling and optional self-defense practice (all levels welcome – beginners encouraged!)
-Empowering seminars and activities led by your favorite past podcast guests, including;
Rachel Behn, teaching yoga flows to center and strengthen body & mind, 15x World Champ Dr. Jen Case, aka Dr. Jen Jitsu, and New Black Belt Veronica Douglas, leading Jiu Jitsu-focused self-defense and technique sessions, and more special guests sharing their expertise.
-Energizing fitness activities to build confidence and strength from the great, Hannah Preservati.
-Live music, delicious food & drinks, good vibes, raffles, and fantastic prizes
-Fundraising activities (raffle, donations) benefiting Safe Alliance – 100% of proceeds support this essential local nonprofit.
