Empowerment through Self Defense (ESD) workshop

Coming up on Saturday September 21: As vice-president of the Association SEXUL vs BARZA and as an Empowerment through Self Defense level 3 instructor-trainer I will participate in the Ladies Run - the first street running event in Bucharest dedicated exclusively to women on September 21 hours 12:00-20:00.

I will be waiting for you at the SEXUL vs BARZA booth to warm up for running and Empowerment through Self Defense techniques at Sport&Expo Village located in the parking lot of the National Library of Romania.

The SEXUL vs BARZA booth will be a meeting point for a full day of FREE group and individual workshops on Empowerment through Self Defense with accredited instructor Daniela Draghici talks on Sexual and Reproductive Health with a specialized family planning physician an obstetrician-gynecologist specialized in prevention and a phycologist.
