Ready to dive into a fun and transformative experience of self-discovery and satisfaction? Join Lindsay Thorsen, DPT, Pelvic Floor Specialist and Amanda Bearce, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, for our three-part workshop series, "Empowerment and Pleasure", where we’ll explore what it means to truly embrace yourself, your pleasure and live authentically. Each session will be engaging, enjoyable, and life-changing.
Session One (8/29): Get Naked... and Like It
Let's strip away the layers! In this session, we’re getting metaphorically naked and learning to love our authentic selves. Through interactive activities and empowering discussions, we’ll discover how to embrace our vulnerabilities and celebrate our unique identities. Get ready to feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin!
Session Two (9/26): Communication and Intimacy
Talk it out and get closer! This session is all about building deeper connections through open and honest communication. We'll explore the foundations of intimacy, learn effective communication skills, and practice expressing our needs and desires. By the end, you'll have the tools to create more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.
Session Three (10/24): Defying Norms and Embracing Self
Break the mold and be you! In our final session, we’ll challenge societal norms and stereotypes that hold us back. Through thought-provoking activities and group discussions, we’ll explore how to defy expectations and fully embrace our true selves. Let’s celebrate our individuality and empower each other to live boldly and authentically.
