Ladies, have you ever wondered what you would do in a real-life self-defense situation? At MSMA, we feel strongly about empowering women to feel confident if you found yourself in a situation that you needed to protect yourself. We are offering a �FREE �2 hour self-defense class on Saturday, February 15th from 9am - 11am. All that we ask, grab someone to bring with you (not required but more fun!) and preregister.
