About the Training

Discipleship starts in church — but thrives in the village.

This powerful half-day training is designed for youth leaders, pastors, volunteers, educators, mentors, and anyone in the “village” who helps shape the lives of young people.

So much of a teenager’s faith and character development happens beyond Sunday mornings — in the classroom, on the field, in the group chat, and in the neighborhood. To reach today’s youth, we must equip the entire community of adults who influence their spiritual, emotional, and social growth.

This gathering will equip and inspire participants to reimagine how youth ministry connects with everyday life, empowering leaders to disciple beyond the walls of the church.
