Join us for Empowering Recovery, an engaging and collaborative event focused on improving support, treatment, and outcomes for justice-involved individuals affected by substance use disorder (SUD) in our state. This FREE, in-person event will take place on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the Best Western Plus Ramkota Events Center located at 3200 W. Maple St. Sioux Falls , SD, 57107.

We recognize that navigating substance use disorder among justice impacted individuals can be complex and presents unique challenges for those working in healthcare, corrections, and community support. In response, this event is designated to fostor collaboration, share successes, identify barriers, and connect professionals with the resources needed to enhance recovery efforts. Our goal is not to provide another trianing but to co-create, effective solutions and improve outcomes for both individals impacted by the justice system and the providers who serve them. In addition to hearing from experts, we look forward to learning form the collective knowledge and experience of our attendees.

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to visit informational booths providing services accross the state.
