This engaging and comprehensive three-hour event will warmly introduce your daughter to the wonders of menstruation and the incredible power of the female body. Our circle provides a safe space for your child to gain valuable insights into:

- The importance of cycle awareness
- The practice of cycle charting
- The essence of self-care
- An introduction to period products
During the last hour, we invite mothers or female caregivers to join us for a special bonding experience. Together, you and your daughter will create a beautiful bracelet, symbolizing the magic of her cycle and the significance of this day. This shared moment encourages you to exchange wisdom, blessings, or well-wishes, fostering a sense of support as your daughter embarks on her journey toward womanhood. Feel free to bring a letter or a special gift for her!

Hello ! I’m Rosy Ramirez, a passionate First Moon Circle Facilitator, mental health counselor, and yoga teacher based in Florida. My dedication to supporting women and facilitating healing journeys has led me to hold circles focused on womb healing and connection. Drawing from my own experiences in healing my womb and ancestral lineage, I believe it’s essential to share this knowledge with others.
As a mother of three and a native of the Dominican Republic, I bring a rich cultural background and a deep understanding of holistic well-being. I recognize the importance of starting this journey from a young age, as I’ve been doing with my own children, and I am excited to extend my support to girls and their caregivers, fostering a deeper connection to their bodies, wombs, and cycles.
