About this Event
Focus, motivation, and self-regulation can be challenging at any age—but they don’t have to be. In this engaging six-session series, participants will learn how to better understand and harness their own focus and motivation by exploring how the brain and body work together to manage emotions, goals, interactions, and decision-making.
Through interactive activities, reflection, and practical strategies, participants will explore who they are from the inside out while building skills that support growth, confidence, and personal success. Each session builds on the last, helping attendees develop meaningful tools they can use in everyday life.
Important Notes:
- This is a small-group, interactive series designed for ages 6 and up
- Class meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 2 consecutive weeks.
- Participants are asked to commit to all six sessions, as each session builds on previous learning (Class dates are June 16, June 17, June 18, June 23, June 24, June 25 )
- Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend alongside their child
Perfect for families looking to build stronger focus, motivation, and self-regulation skills together in a supportive and engaging environment.
