Who is Christina?
Christina is the owner of Airy Hill Stables in Chestertown, Md. Christina is a certified Equine Gestalt Coach, and a Licensed Equine Facilitator.
She recently published her first book, Riding with the Chakras and is facilitating workshops and training around the country.
Event Summary:
Join us at Spirit Horse Center on September 13 & 14 for a transformative weekend with Christina. Whether you’re experienced with horses or completely new, Christina will tailor the experience to meet the needs of all participants.
Topics include:
Inner Wisdom & Grounding: Learn about interspecies consent, equine body language, and new ways of listening.
Compass Connections: Explore ancient wisdom like the Four Directions and Elements in relation to horse-human connection.
Energy & Boundaries: Deepen your understanding of personal and equine boundaries.
Beyond the Five Senses: Tap into intuitive and energetic awareness.
Chakras & Horsemanship: Integrate these concepts into riding and everyday life.
This is an unmounted workshop.
Participants will be working with the fabulous team of horses at Spirit Horse Center and should NOT plan to bring horses to the workshop.
