Empowering Boundaries for Women In Business

Are you ready to set boundaries that protect your peace and honour your values? 

In this session you will learn how setting boundaries positively affects your life. You will take time to reflect and evaluate what hasn’t been working for you and what changes you would like to make.

Getting clarity around what you don’t want helps you shift to what you do want! You will come away with practical steps in place to help you move forward with a renewed sense of strength, purpose and self- connection. 

Your trainer

Lauren Jane is a coach who works with women to find more clarity, balance and ease within themselves. She works to empower women and helps them align their personal internal reality to their external ideal.

Please note this workshop is fully funded for women in Lancaster District** However, as places are limited and we are accountable to our funders, and so, due to people booking a place and not turning up, we are changing a deposit which will be refunded for everyone who attends (minus the booking fee)

**Women outside of the district are welcome to join us for a small charge.
