This year’s theme, Rise & Renew: Healing Through Life’s Transitions, was created for the woman navigating life’s many changes; whether that looks like grief, burnout, caring for aging parents, relationship shifts, career changes, empty nest seasons, or simply trying to rediscover herself in the midst of it all.

The EmpowerHer Women’s Retreat is more than an event, it’s a sacred space for women to come together in community, be poured into, and experience meaningful moments of healing, reflection, wellness, sisterhood, and renewal.
