EmpowerHER is a full-day conference dedicated to education, healing, and advocacy for African American women impacted by sexual violence. This powerful event will bring together survivors, advocates, and experts to address the urgent need for awareness, support, and systemic change.
Through dynamic workshops, discussions, and resource-sharing, EmpowerHER will:
💜 Raise Awareness: Highlight the reality that 1 in 4 African American women will experience sexual assault in their lifetime.
💜 Advocate for Change: Address systemic barriers and push for meaningful solutions.
💜 Support Survivors: Provide healing resources, coping strategies, and empowerment tools to foster resilience.
