Join us for a day of connection, healing, and empowerment in honor of International Women’s Day. EmpowerHER is a special gathering designed to celebrate the strength, beauty, and resilience of women through a series of nurturing and uplifting wellness experiences.
Set in the beautiful and cozy IV Loft at Four Fathers Brewing Co., this event will begin with warm welcome speeches and intention setting for the day, followed by an inspiring mindfulness workshop focused on embodiment and nervous system regulation. You’ll then flow into a soothing yoga session, designed to release tension and restore balance, before unwinding with a deeply restorative sound bath that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Throughout the day, participants can enjoy a selection of craft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and an assortment of delicious snacks and refreshments. Take time to connect with like-minded women, chat, and nourish both body and soul.
