True Nature Healing Arts | Carbondale, CO

Exercise and grow the capacity of your nervous system to heal and transform your life using the power of your own breath and intention.
About this Event

The ability to consciously notice and work with the relationship between your experience of life and your state of being is a real super power and your breath is the key to navigate this relationship with grace.

When we learn to exercise our nervous system and know its range intimately, we become empowered to come into peace in our life when that is called for and to call forth energy, momentum, and creativity when we are inspired to move towards a vision.

Our breath takes us to places that we can’t go to through thinking or talking about it. There is an opportunity to grow the muscles for awareness and living intentionally, while generating meaningful and lasting personal growth — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through the breath, we will experience both embodiment practice and energy work.

  • We will practice breath and toning techniques that relax the mind and body into a state that is ideal for healing, peace, and restoration.
  • You will also be guided in an active breathwork journey, which includes music and intuitive guidance to explore an altered state of consciousness. This breath generates vibrational energy that intuitively moves through you to reveal what you most need.

These techniques will give you the opportunity to experience a state of empowered wellbeing. No experience is necessary; come exactly as you are with an open heart and mind.

MEET YOUR GUIDE: Erin McElroy

Erin works with seekers on a path of personal growth, conscious visionaries, and space holders who are here to create meaningful, lasting change for themselves and the world. She teaches transformation as a lifestyle and facilitates practices, experiences, and immersive programs to support and integrate the journey of empowered wellbeing and conscious impact.

Erin also works with seasoned leaders who are expanding their approach into unconventional territory; tapping into intuition, consciousness, and energy to amplify their capacity to lead and innovate through the power of the heart.

In 1:1 or group containers, together we explore altered states to tap into subconscious and transcendental realms for exponential healing, change, and reality creation - for purpose, on purpose.

She is a writer, speaker, breathwork facilitator, yoga nidra facilitator, retreat leader, and integration specialist. She is a heart coherence facilitator, nature lover, world traveler, and metaphysics geek.

Testimonials:

"Erin is amazing. I've been lucky enough to experience both in-person and virtual breathwork journeys with her... and they were both so powerful!!"

"Erin does a masterful job holding space, with the perfect mix of confidence and humility. Her thoughtful and intentional approach throughout the entire process (from preparation through integration) allowed me to explore deeper than I ever thought possible through breathwork.

And the beautiful music she prepares for each session is such a treat."

"Erin's superpower is helping others navigate their own inner path to find the truth that is inside them all along. Instead of leaving our session searching for meaning in the advice she gave me, I left feeling confident that what she helped me find was absolutely true and pointed to the next step for my growth."

"She is a master of being able to embody the presence of sacred space during her sessions. She also has the ability to hold deep integrity for others to unfold within their own inner process. She is kind, passionate about her work, joyful and always aware of the needs of others. In her sessions I’ve experienced how all the elements of her work flow together within a quiet and healing process."
