A Feminine Embodied Healing Circle

Welcoming women, non-binary and femme folx to an opportunity to share our voices and herstories in safety, sisterhood and sacred witnessing.

We will practice embodied sharing, working with the wisdom of the body to liberate repressed emotions, to cleanse and alchemize shame, anger, resentment, rage etc, and co-regulate together with breath, movement, sound, and sacred platonic touch* (optional).

In this particular container, we will be working with / inviting in stories from our collective & personal pain-body as it relates to the masculine. We open this space with tenderness and compassion, and welcome those who feel the call to do this sacred work.

This is the space to come feel your feelings, be witnessed & supported through the process. The container will be facilitated and there will be space for the expression of potentially some big emotions. We will help the group to move this energy through the body in a safe & healthy, and co-regulate / down-regulate as we progress.

Facilitated by Hannah Elledge - Womb Priestess & Embodiment Guide - and Mahina Gardener in a sacred temple space in Lake City Way.

Group capacity is 12, please arrive on time, wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

This is a love offering based event, & there is no charge. Donations are gratefully received, but not expected.

👉 It is extra important, due to the limited space & the format of the event, that if you RSVP that you please honor your commitment to attend. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 36 hours notice, so we can try to fill your spot for another woman needing this space.
