Event Photography (Beginning Digital) w/ Emerald City Comic Con

We are excited to partner with Emerald City Comic Con again for a special digital photography course. The primary focus will be on studio portraiture, lighting elements, event photography, and exploring the intersections of pop culture and visual media. Take your photo game to the next level as you learn skills to prepare for professional photography gigs - with YIF, ECCC, and beyond. This course includes a 4-day pass to Emerald City Comic Con, with one class being held onsite at the Convention Center on Saturday, March 8th.

All Youth in Focus programs are FREE, and we provide free bus passes if needed. All supplies and equipment are provided. We are committed to equitable arts access for ALL youth ages 13-19 years old!

This class runs every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM, Jan 27th - March 26th. The final class will be a public showcase.
