Do you often feel overwhelmed, drained, or unsure of what energy belongs to you and what doesn't? You’re not alone—and you’re not broken.
Join Reiki Master Teacher Moe Rosteius for the first session in the Empowered Empath workshop series, designed to help Empaths and Highly Sensitive People understand their energy and reclaim their strength.
This session—“Are You an Empath & What Does That Mean?”—will help you:
• Understand the difference between being an Empath and an HSP
• Identify your unique energy wiring
• Begin to release what isn’t yours
• Discover how your sensitivity can become your strength
This is the perfect starting point if you've ever wondered why you feel so much or if you're tired of being emotionally exhausted by everyone else's moods and expectations.
This is the first of 8 monthly workshops covering topics like emotional overwhelm, boundaries without guilt, energy awareness, shadow work, and more. Each session includes tools, insights, and take-home exercises to help you grow between sessions.
