Your session is guided by expert breathwork coach Mark Royce, supported by his partner Lana Royce playing live crystal sound bowls — healing frequencies specifically chosen to deepen your subconscious journey. At key moments, live drumming raises the energetic intensity to carry you even further.The session concludes with a heart-warming cacao circle, where participants gather to share and integrate their experience in a safe, connected space.
🫁 The Technique: Diaphragmatic (Deep Belly) Breathing
We use conscious, connected diaphragmatic breathing — a powerful technique that:
- Increases oxygen intake and supports efficient carbon dioxide release
- Naturally slows heart rate and supports healthy blood pressure
- Activates the vagus nerve, shifting your body out of stress mode and into calm, safety, and restoration
