Grab your girlfriends and your confidence! Safety & Women’s Basic Self-Defense class with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office — just for us!
This empowering (and fun!) class will cover:
Personal Safety – Common-sense tips on how to stay aware and avoid becoming a victim
Women’s Basic Self-Defense – Learn simple techniques to help you escape uncomfortable or unsafe situations
Don’t worry — you won’t be practicing on each other! All techniques will be demonstrated on a B.O.B. (Body Opponent Bag) provided by the Sheriff’s Office.
Important: We must have at least 10 ladies signed up or the class will be canceled.
