Join us at the Teenagers Matter 5K Walk at Neabsco Regional Park as we bring together teens, families, and community partners for a powerful morning rooted in mental health awareness, movement, and connection.

This is more than a walk. It’s a safe space.
A space where teens are seen, supported, and reminded that their voices, feelings, and futures matter. Whether you’re walking for yourself, your child, or the teens in your life—we walk together.

The Teenagers Matter 5K Walk is a community-centered event focused on teen mental health, physical wellness, and access to vital youth resources.
