Join us for June's session of Understand & Empower: Monthly Cancer Education titled, "Empower Yourself: Bone Health."In this interactive session, Stephanie and certified trainer Annie Spence will translate bone health science into safe, practical movement strategies. You’ll leave with tangible tools, increased confidence, and a clearer path forward for protecting your bone health.
