Next 60 minutes- Core Techniques: Master basic, practical self-defense moves. This includes learning essential blocks, strikes, and releases from common grabs that are easy to remember and effective under pressure.

Final 30 minutes- Practical Application & Confidence Building: Participate in controlled, light-contact drills to build muscle memory. The session will conclude with a Q&A and a discussion on building a confident mindset for everyday safety.
