Qigong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation exercise, pronounced “chee gung.” It’s similar in appearance to Tai Chi but is generally easier to learn and practice. Qigong focuses on three key elements:~ Body movement
~ Breathing
~ Mental focus and intention.
Join accomplished Chinese martial artist and Chinese medicine practitioner, Ms. Kathy Yang for this special 2-hour seminar. In this workshop, participants will learn to:
~ Strengthen their body with the Four Seasons Medical Qigong.
~ Balance their life force with basic Chinese medicine principals.
