*How to empower/balance your wairua.
*How to be kia tau/present & at peace.
*How to use rakau that you keep/take home
*With these skills life could be easier, lighter, brighter & more enjoyable.
*Open to anyone willing to give it a go.
*Offered in a safe space to all.
*Take your Rakau home to use/keep!
