April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a time to stand together, raise awareness, and take action to prevent sexual violence. Did you know that 1 in 5 women and 1 in 4 girls experience sexual assault in their lifetimes? Taking steps to protect yourself and build confidence is more important than ever.
Women and girls are invited to join us for a FREE self-defense class hosted by the women-owned Renzo Gracie East studio! This empowering session will teach essential self-defense skills in a safe, supportive environment, equipping participants with tools to feel confident and in control.
This event aligns with Boss Babe Networking’s mission of empowering women and girls to reclaim their power, break cycles of violence, and thrive in all aspects of life.
