Be a superHERO and join our mission to empower individuals with disabilities in our local community and abroad! This is our 9th annual Superhero 5k and Fun Run!
Registration includes either a timed 5k (chip finish) or untimed 1 mile fun run (both accessible courses), plus a t-shirt with our superhero logo on it!

Medals with handmade lanyards from Africa for those who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their age group
Reminders:
Both our 5k and Fun Run courses are wheelchair accessible
A 15% discount will be applied to groups of 5 or more
Early packet pick-up will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, 4-6pm at Fleet Feet Memphis
All proceeds of this event will benefit Exceptional Connections International- our nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower people with disabilities in under-resourced communities around the world.
