Empower Physical Therapy's Youth Performance Fitness Camp (Ages 10-13)

Welcome to the Empower Physical Therapy's Youth Performance Summer Fitness Camp! Get ready for a fun-filled summer at our camp located at Dome in Anchorage at 6501 Changepoint Dr, Anchorage, AK 99518. Join us every Thursday for 3 weeks and the last one on a Tuesday for exciting activities, sports, training and games designed to improve your physical fitness and overall well-being. Our experienced team of Personal Trainers will guide you through various exercises and drills to help you reach your full potential. We will focus on improving overall sport and athletic performance. We will focus on speed, agility, strength, and overall conditioning. We will also be playing lots of games for the younger ones! For the younger kids our camp is only one day per week! Dates: June 20th, 27th, and July 11th, 16th (one day per week for the younger kids and the last day is a Tuesday)

Time: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Ages: Registration for this camp is for 10-13 year olds
