This nurturing session focuses on breath awareness a key part of healing and regulating the nervous system alongside mindful rituals and gentle, bite-sized movements.
Together, we’ll honour the sacred, intuitive, and nurturing aspects of motherhood, offering space to reconnect, restore, and support yourself in this special stage of life whilst you take a short break from your little love.
