This Menopause Awareness Day (18 October) we're delighted to welcome Dr Melanie Thompson, GP partner at a practice in Telford, as part of our Empower Her programme.
Building on her extensive knowledge and vast experience as a Doctor with a particular interest in menopause and women's health, the evening will take a special look at menopause and how we can support ourselves during this transitional phase in life.
Melanie will explore common questions and concerns and how both modern medicine and lifestyle medicine can work together to support this important life stage.
