Start your week with intention and artmaking at our Empower & Create: Art Journaling Studio. This drop-in session is perfectly timed for your lunch break and designed to spark your creativity and start your week strong.
Each session begins with a reflective writing exercise that sets the tone for the week ahead. You'll have the opportunity to transition those thoughts into expressive art, using a variety of mediums provided by Cultivate. We invite you to join us for a cup of tea, to make friends, and to give yourself time each week to make and support your artmaking.
