About this Event

Workplace Relations and Safety Minister Brooke van Velden is inviting public feedback on experiences with employment advocates and the employment dispute process.
The consultation seeks insights into how disputes are handled in practice - from workplace issues through to mediation, the Employment Relations Authority, and the Employment Court.
Feedback will help identify root causes, system barriers, and opportunities for improvement, potentially informing changes to operations and legislation.
