Employment and Skills Action 4 Construction jobs Fair

Are you looking for a career in the construction sector? Come along to this free jobs fair between Derby City Council's Employment and Skills team and Action 4 Construction to learn more about what opportunities are available in Derby in the construction sector.

This event includes:

• Opportunity to discuss with local Construction employers work experience and job vacancies
• Apprenticeship and Construction careers advice with CITB
• DWP Disability employment team to discuss unemployment support
• Interactive activity’s hands-on introduction to construction trades for residents aged 16+
• Derby City Council; Employment and Skills Team will be present to discuss supported employment assistance for 16-24 year olds.
• CSCS courses and funding of CSCS cards.

This event is organised by Derby City Councils Derby Jobs Employment and Skills Hub and is funded by the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) Careers Hub.

The Derby Jobs Employment and Skills Hub helps young people and Jobseekers to gain the confidence and skills they require to to move into an Apprenticeship or Employment.
