Join us for an Initial Assessment at The Learning Works! Find out more about our 5 week pre-employment training course at The Learning Works, to develop your skills and knowledge on how to get into sustainable employment in the NHS. We support you to gain valuable training on Applications, Interview Preparation, Customer Service, Conflict Management and more!
Please allow 1 hour and a half for your booking.
What will you gain from attending the course?
- Skills and knowledge on applications and interview preparation in the NHS
- Access to job matching and support towards employment with Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust
- Level 2 Award in Customer Service
- Level 2 Award in Conflict Management
Eligibility:
- Resident in the area of Sandwell Council
- Aged 19+
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
- Lived in the UK for longer than 3 years
- Unemployed, working less than 16 hours or temporary/0 hour contracts.
There are some exceptions to the eligibility above
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE FULL 5 WEEK PROGRAMME
The course will run on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm for 5 weeks. There is an expectation to be able to commit to the full 5 weeks. The course will start on 28th April.
