We're on a quest to find the best equipment operator in the world.Empire is excited to participate in the 2025 Cat Global Operator Challenge by hosting two challenges in Arizona and Nevada.
Choose your location, date, and time slot to compete for a chance to represent Empire and advance to the regional competition.
March 28-29, 2025 in Eloy, AZ

April 4-5, 2025 in Las Vegas, NV
HOW IT WORKS
Register and compete at the Arizona or Nevada challenge.
One overall Empire winner will receive a trip to compete at the Regionals in Clayton, NC, in September 2025.
Regional winners will advance to the Global Challenge at CONEXPO in March 2026.
COMPETE IN 3 CHALLENGES
Operators will compete in three different machine challenges. Each challenge is scored based on speed, accuracy, and operating best practice. The operator who achieves the best overall score will be crowned the local Empire winner and advance to the Regionals.
