This practical, beginner-friendly class is designed to help empaths and highly sensitive people understand what’s happening energetically and learn simple tools to stay grounded, clear, and confident in everyday life.In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize empath “pulls” (emotional and energetic overload), separate what’s yours from what isn’t, and build a toolkit you can use at work, in relationships, and in public spaces.

How to tell the difference between your emotions and energy you’re picking up

A simple “before/after” routine you can use daily
