Empath Empowerment Circle

A monthly gathering for empaths and sensitives to connect, recharge, and grow in a supportive, communitea based, non-therapy space. Each two hour circle blends fun empathy-focused activities like “Read the Room,” honest conversation and active listening, and time to simply connect with others who understand what it means to feel deeply.
We’ll close each gathering with our Release, Restore & Recharge ritual, incorporating guided meditation, breathwork and crystal work to help you clear, ground and strengthen your energetic boundaries.
