In Empath 1 & 2 we learned a lot of valuable information, gained skills & tools, and we met our Empath Guides. Now it’s time to dig even deeper, peel back more layers, and learn more valuable pearls of wisdom. In Empath 3 we take it to next level. Emotions are at an all-time high and there’s still so much more to learn! Learn more vital self-care strategies, how to heal, thrive, and work with your new-found knowledge and gifts in this tw0-hour class. Be the best you can be for yourself and others, because you and they are worth it! In this safe sacred space, we gather together as a group of like-minded individuals to learn in a judgement-free zone where all are welcome.
Join me Sunday, September 21 from noon to 2 PM at Cape Cod Wellness Works or Online for this highly enlightening class.

Seating is limited in person and unlimited online.
* Prerequisite: Attendees must have complete two Empath Classes.
