That sensitivity comes with its challenges, including being an emotional and physical sponge, absorbing the negativity and stress of those around you and the world. Learn vital self-care strategies, how to heal, thrive, and work with your gifts. Gain insight and knowledge, and meet your Empath Guide. Discover how to utilize these newly acquired skills and tools, and how to work with your guide.
This class combines Empath 1 & Empath 2. This quicker course is for those who cannot attend two separate classes and for those who already have some insight and are seeking more knowledge and guidance.
