In this workshop, Catalina Valdivia Alvarez will guide you every step of the way as you:
☑️ Prepare the Napolitano filling with mozzarella, ham, tomatoes, and seasonings.
☑️ Make the dough from scratch, rolling and shaping it into discs.
☑️ Assemble and fill the empanadas with Pino (pre-made) or Napolitano filling.
☑️ Bake the empanadas to golden perfection.
☑️ Enjoy your freshly baked empanadas with a glass (or more!) of Chilean wine while sharing stories and conversation.
Catalina will work alongside you, ensuring you have fun and learn the authentic techniques for creating these beloved Chilean treats.
