In our fast-paced times, with daily life shaped by stress, uncertainty, and emotional turbulence, many of us long for a calm and stable mind.
Tibetan Buddhism understands that emotional balance is essential not only for our well-being, but also for living with clarity and resilience. Meditation is seen as a powerful method for transforming our inner world: by working directly with the mind, we can reduce stress, soften negative emotions, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.
In this lecture, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will share insights into how to navigate our thoughts and emotions and introduce basic meditation approaches that help us deal with stress more easily and cultivate the inner calm we all seek.
