Emotional Painting & Sensory Art Workshop 🎨✨

Join us for a guided creative workshop that blends art, emotion, and the senses. This intimate session invites you to explore how you’re feeling through painting, and how scent and taste can subtly shape our emotional state.

The workshop begins with a reflective painting exercise, where you’ll create artwork inspired by your current emotions. In the second part of the session, we’ll introduce a sensory element — sampling different flavoured snacks and scents — before returning to the canvas to see how these stimuli influence your expression.

No artistic experience is needed. This is a gentle, exploratory space focused on self-expression, curiosity, and wellbeing.
