Week 2 (10/1): Coping with Grief, Loss, and Life Transitions
This session focuses on the emotional effects of major life changes, such as losing loved ones, adjusting to new roles, and other transitions that come with aging. We'll talk about common reactions to grief and share practical ways to navigate and cope with these life shifts.
