Emotional Art Class - BZP Bakersfield

Hosted by BZP Bakersfield, Kern County Library and Rhema Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy Inc., Emotional Art Class is a creative, therapeutic-style group where participants explore feelings through guided art activities. Using simple materials and no prior art experience, participants are encouraged to express emotions, build self-awareness and develop healthy coping skills in a supportive and judgment-free environment. This class focuses on emotional expression, reflection, and connection rather than artistic perfection. This class is open to 18+ only.
