EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY QIGONG (4 weeks)

Qigong is a gentle mind-body practice from Chinese medicine that uses slow movement, breath, and awareness to cultivate and balance vital energy (Qi). It is a moving meditation that improves energy, stress resilience, circulation, and overall health.

EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY QIGONG
In this flow through the five elements, deepen your understanding of how energy moves in the body and learn to restore inner harmony by letting your body’s natural intelligence guide the process. Get “unstuck”- by opening channels and gently releasing blockages, we can support challenging emotions to move towards resolution.

$80 for the four-week series, suitable for all levels
Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30PM at The (brand new!) River Healing Centre on Mill Street.
May 6, 13, 20 & 27 (no drop ins, this is a full series that builds week after week)
