Expect to sweat, shake, and release as you activate your body and strength, immersed in a silent disco sound journey with the soulful rhythms of Khruangbin.

To close the evening, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath, allowing your body and mind to integrate the experience and leave you feeling grounded, open, and recharged.
