This emotion focused skills course is a skills-based approach that supports parents of children of all ages facing social, emotional or other challenges (such as educational challenges).

This parenting course is designed to enhance parents‘ ability to support their children’s emotional well-being. It equips parents with skills to understand, validate, and respond to their child’s emotions, ultimately strengthening their bond and improving the child’s mental health. The course focuses on giving parents practical tools to navigate their own and their child’s emotions, enhance their own and their child’s motivation for change, and transform problematic relationship within their family.
